Heart Condition

Coronary heart diseases are the most common cause of death in the industry countries. Heart condition is a chronic illness in which the coronary arteries, the vessels that supply oxygen-carrying blood to the heart, become narrowed and unable to carry a normal amount of blood. Most often, the coronary arteries become narrowed because of atherosclerosis, a process in which fatty deposits called plaque build up on the inside wall of an artery. Plaque formation often begins in adolescence and progresses very slowly over the course of decades. Gradually, the growing plaque thickens the wall of the artery, reducing the space for blood to flow through.

When its blood supply is reduced, the heart does not receive sufficient oxygen. This oxygen deficit leads to two main consequences: chest pain known as angina pectoris, and heart attack, in which part of the heart dies because of oxygen deprivation. Coronary heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, responsible for about 515,000 deaths each year.

Risk factors
Some of the risk factors for coronary heart disease are beyond a person’s control. For example, a person’s risk of developing coronary heart disease increases with age.

  • Hereditary factors
  • Cigarette smoking
  • A sedentary lifestyle
  • Obesity
  • Diabetes mellitus
  • Hypertension
  • High blood cholesterol

Chest pain, shortness of breath, and an abnormal pulse are some of the symptoms of coronary heart disease, but symptoms of heart disease may be different for every patient, and similar symptoms may also indicate a variety of other medical conditions. In a patient with chest pain, shortness of breath, or an abnormal pulse who also has risk factors for coronary heart disease, several types of tests help doctors make an accurate diagnosis.
For many patients the first symptom for a heart condition is the actual heart attack-without any prewarning.

Many heart conditions can be avoided by controlling and eliminating the risk factors :
30 minutes regular physical exercise daily help to :

  • reduce the risk by 50% not to suffer from a heart condition- a similar effect as quitting smoking. Not to forget that the risk is lowered as well to suffer a stroke
  • reduce the risk by 50%, to suffer from diabetes mellitus II
  • reduce the risk by 50%  to become obese and overweight ( to keep a stable average weight, BMI under 25)
  • reduce the risk by 30% to suffer from hypertension
  • people with a lot of stress and pressure to relax and find their balance again- similar effect as medication to lower blood pressure
  • reduce the risk to suffer from osteoporosis

It is highly recommanded to quit smoking :

  • The blood pressure goes down and finds back to normal values ( smoking leads to hypertension)
  • The pulse slows down and finds back to normal values
  • Risk for a heart attack reduce already after only 24 hours
  • The fine lung hair take up their work again : mucus by coughing is a sign of the beginning of the cleansing processus

Exercising strenghtens the musculature.

A balanced nutrition with enough proteins, calcium, vitamines and iron is important.

1.) CardioVascine : CardioVascine is an efficient tissue regenerator; it brings selectively to the heart and the arteries the necessary nutrients required to their proper operations. CardioVascine regulates the electrical energy of the heart and it improves the contractile capacity of the cardiac muscle. CardioVascine thus improves the blood circulation and ensures a better oxygenation of the cells.

2.) TensioReg: In cases of hypertension TensioReg will complement the action of CardioVascine by lowering the blood pressure in the vessels and arteries. Hypertension is the source of numerous cardiovascular conditions.

3.) CholestCure: The Unani medicine considers that the level of bad cholesterol can be controlled if the liver is not overloaded by surges of unhealthy fat. It is then able to undertake its task of transforming fats into cholesterol and to manage the proper balance between the good and the bad cholesterols in the blood. It improves the metabolism of fats in the liver – It eliminates metabolic wastes – It liquefies the blood. CholestCure is a natural alternative to the chemical based cholesterol control medication and particularly to the increasingly controversial statins.
