Some facts about articular pains
The articular pains have at the same time many and varied causes. Thus the name rheumatism includes any painful, chronicle or acute affection which obstructs the common articular functions.
Under this ensign one finds infectious rheumatisms (gonococcal arthritis or tubercular arthritis), rheumatisms due to the proliferation of bacteria inside the articulations, inflammatory rheumatisms (rheumatoid polyarthritis, psoriasic arthritis), microcrystalline rheumatisms (gout, calcifications of the tendons) or degenerative rheumatisms (osteoarthritis of the limbs, herniated disk). Each form of articular problem must be identified clearly to be treated in a suitable way. It is therefore necessary to obtain an opinion from qualified medical personnel.

Arthritis may be defined as any inflammatory affection acute or chronic regarding the articulations. The various forms of arthritis have their own symptoms and their own evolution which vary considerably according to individuals. Arthritis is characterized by an alternation of outbreaks and remission periods, even if the disease is chronic. It is to consider however that the swelling, the stiffness, the pain and redness of the articulations are common to all types of arthritis. Generally, the pain and the stiffness are more severe in the morning or only on certain days.
Here are some of the main causes of arthritis; the arthritis resulting from autoimmune reactions, or the arthritis caused by infections, accumulation of deposits or by a physical or mechanical traumatism. On top of that we can add the genetic background, a sedentary lifestyle and eating habits.
In all cases, it is about an inflammatory response of the articulations, that may concern the cartilaginous tissue directly, or the synovial envelope of the articulation, or the muscles and tendons near the articulations.
The majority of the arthritic diseases are chronic and some are degenerative (i.e. they involve the deterioration of certain parts of the body - the cartilage and bones). The problem arises when the inflammation persists in an intense and recurring manner or when it extends to other zones from the body. The inflammation triggers the stiffness and a degradation of the articulation structures. The stiffness also decreases the mobility of the articulation and the muscles which surround it begin to atrophy, accelerating even more the progression of the disease. With time, the cartilage starts to weather, the bone wears and the articulation becomes deformed.
The rheumatoid polyarthritis is the most frequent of the inflammatory chronic rheumatic diseases of the adult. It concerns 2 to 3% of the occidental population, and women are three times more prone to this condition. Generally, the disease appears between 30 and 60 years of age.
Action of the ArthriKal
ARTHRIKAL is a two prong approach made of Capsules and a complementary Lotion. For maximum efficiency, it is preferable to undertake a cure with both products.
ArthriKal-I is a penetrating oily lotion which alleviates the pain by reducing the inflammations of the tendons, the muscles and the ligaments.
ArthriKal-II is a complex compound of plants which reduces the inflammations of the articulations, with an internal and direct action on the cartilaginous tissue. It also allows the dissolution of calcareous or uric acid crystallisations, while balancing the acidity level in the blood in order to reduce the problem of crystallization at its source. It also fights articular infections with antiseptic plants.
ArthriKal I and II do not contain any corticosteroids to take care of inflammations; therefore there are no risks for bones demineralization, which would weaken furthermore the functional capacity of the articulations.
Instructions
ArthriKal-I: Apply the lotion directly onto the area that hurts, 2 to 3 times a day. Rub well, in order for the lotion to penetrate. IMPORTANT: After the application of the lotion, let it evaporate, do not cover the area with a tight bandage (or a wristwatch). One can put on loose clothing, but nothing tight where the lotion was applied until it has evaporated. For topical use only.
ArthriKal- II: Take 3 capsules per day during 30 to 60 days, according to the severity of the situation. Thereafter, take two capsules per day. When the pain and the embarrassment disappear, continue for 10 more days. Repeat this when needed.

How many capsules of ArthriKal should I take, and for how long?
The dosage is always an estimate "average" number of capsules to be taken. We must therefore adjust the dosage to the reactions of our own body, even more so when it concerns herbal medicine. The important thing is to be attentive to our reactions and adjust the dosage accordingly.
In the case of ArthriKal II, it is recommended to take 3 capsules per day for a period ranging from two to four months depending on the severity of the case. After this initial period, it is possible to switch to 1 or 2 capsules per day.
When the pain and discomfort disappear, one must continue for another 10 days. The application of the lotion ArthriKal-I can relieve pain more quickly but the essential basic product is really ArthriKal II (the capsules). The two main actions of the Mouse-O-Soft Balm are the following: A penetrating anti-inflammatory lotion to reduce the swelling of the tendons. Healing cicatrizing lotion for nerve tissues, to treat injuries caused to the nerve sheath and the nerve itself. It is unlikely that the Mouse-O-Soft Balm could act in case of sciatica because the sore nerve is too deep for the lotion to reach.
On the other hand, it is possible that the cause is quite different and that the nerve is pinched because the passages in the joints are encumbered by either mineral (limestone) or uric acid crystallizations. If that is the case, then one may consider using either ArthroMine or ArthriKal products to dissolve those crystallisations and free the passages of the nerves and prevent the pinching.
