Anallergon is a complex micronutrient with antiallergic effects composed of vitamins, minerals and other natural elements essential to the proper functioning of the immune system. By its antihistamine and anti-inflammatory action, Anallergon is an effective response to allergy problems.
Anallergon is thus suitable for all types of allergies: seasonal allergies (hay fever), asthma, eczema, urticaria of allergic origin, hypersensitivity to insect bites. In cases of chronic allergy, a three months cure repeated for three consecutive years will be required, always with the same dosage.
What is allergy?
To maintain its internal equilibrium, any organism must manage its relationship with the environment. Anallergon acts on the "host" in order to obtain lasting results, it can refine and activate the immune response on its own.

- Quercetin: it inhibits the production of histamine, one of the main mediators of allergy (a relationship has also been established between high quercetin-rich food consumption and decreased asthma). Furthermore, quercetin is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Unfortunately, quercetin is poorly absorbed by the intestinal mucosa. However, there is a trick to overcome this obstacle, it is to associate it with the bromelains of the pineapple.
- Bromelains: proteolytic enzymes, are well known for their anti-inflammatory action, but also to facilitate the intestinal absorption of quercetin. When bromelains and quercetin are associated, their anti-inflammatory action competes with some non-steroids anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (1).
- Vitamin C and Vitamin E: when quercetin is associated with vitamins C and E, its antioxidant power is further increased (2).
- Vitamin D: it not only protects against viral infections, but it prevents from excessive inflammatory reactions.
- Magnesium (glycinate): historically, this mineral is one of the first remedies for allergy, long before the era of steroids and antihistamines. In addition, it intervenes in the synthesis of serotonin, whose deficiency is responsible for anxiety and irritability, two factors well known in the worsening of allergic phenomena.
- As a glycinate - therefore liposoluble - not only it is not immediately eliminated in the urine, but it crosses better the cell membranes where it really has an action.
- Vitamin B6 and Taurine: two essential magnesium fixatives.

Recommended Association: Boswellia serrata (standardized to 90% of boswelline extract, the most active ingredient of the plant). This plant used in Ayurvedic medicine since immemorial times, has a wide range of anti-inflammatory virtues, particularly for the intestine and bronchi. Also, in cases of allergic conditions coexisting with hyperpermeability of the intestinal mucosa, it is advisable to associate Boswellia extract with Anallergon at a dosage of 4 capsules per day 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening.

1) Is Anallergon useful in all cases of allergies?
There is no contraindication, however Anallergon will not always give the same level of results, this being a consequence of the type of reaction of the body and the more or less scrupulous observance of the dosage recommendation.

Seasonal allergies are chronic diseases since they return each year, at roughly the same period. Therefore, taking Anallergon for several months, three years in a row effectively treats the body and allows in a high percentage of cases, to get rid of this repetitive phenomena. For example, if the seasonal allergy begins in May, it is recommended to start Anallergon 6 weeks before the expected start of the relapse and to stop it 6 weeks after the last symptoms and to repeat this for the following two years.

No, because this is a food intolerance and not a true allergy.

There is no formal contraindication.
10) Can we take Anallergon with vitamin, especially since this product already contains vitamin?
The vitamins contained in Annallergon are: B6, C, D and E. Only an eventual overdose of vitamin D could be a problem if another food supplement that also contains vitamin D is used along with Anallergon over several months. But this would require that it far exceeds the recommended daily intake, which is unlikely. Anyway, it is best to seek advice from a physician trained in nutrition therapy or naturopathy before associating this kind of formula with Anallergon.
11) Is Anallergon capable of treating allergy to other drugs and medication?
Allopathic drugs being overwhelmingly foreign substances to the body, it is best to seek to replace the allergenic drug by another drug of similar action but belonging to another chemical class ... or whenever possible for you to look towards alternative medicines.

I wanted to know if I can give Anallergon to a 6 year old little girl for this type of allergy and if possible the recommended dosage.
The combination of Anallergon and Homeopathy is most interesting. The advice is:
- While continuing homeopathic products, take Anallergon - 2 capsules per day, one in the morning, one in the evening - from spring until the end of September.
- Then, during the following two years, always combine homeopathy and Anallergon from March through September.
Very often, this approach definitely rid the person of his/her hypersensitivity to insect bites.
16) I have an allergy in the recent weeks. My lips swell, sometimes it is inside the mouth. Also sometimes it is the palm of the hands, it is very variable. I want to know if your products can help me to overcome these swellings ? Thank you in advance for your reply.
In the situation you describe to us, it could be a migrant urticaria which moves around. In this case, the use of Boswellia and Anallergon is quite appropriate. However, to best advise you, we would need to know if your problems are seasonal or chronic. Be aware that for chronic problems, we recommend a six months protocol combining Anallergon and Boswellia together. After 6 months, see what happens. Regarding seasonal problems, it would be advisable to do as follows: 3 months of usage with the 2 products together, then continue a base approach with Boswellia alone, but with only 2 tablets a day instead of 4 to 6 tablets.
